FLEDERMAUS WEISS '19 2Naturkinder

Blend of Muller-Thurgau, Silvaner and Riesling; aging in old wooden barrels for the Muller and in steel for the other two wines. Although it's not macerated even for a second, it's a very rich wine and full of sensations; it opens with a mix of white pulp fruits, then moves on to hints of exotic fruits to finish with a lot of minerality and freshness that make it vibrant sip after sip and with a great drinkability!

A hint due to the label which is also one of the most historic of the company, a tribute to the very rare gray long-eared bat that resides in the cottage used by 2Naturkinder's friends as Bat cave. Together with the local bat hero Christian Söder, the idea of a perfect cycle was developed where guano is obtained from local bat colonies which is a wonderful fertilizer.
