Invierno by Kindeli fully reflects Alex Craighead's theory! Co-fermentation of Pinot Noir (85%) and Pinot Grigio (15%) in whole bunches for three days; then they are pressed and left to ferment in steel. Aging in old neutral barrels filled with Traminer skins at the top! No filtration, clarification and addition of sulphites.

As soon as you open the idea is to find an easy easy wine, but it's completely another story! Red fruits, herbs, spices, delicate tannins and light carbonic sensation. As it opens it acquires even more aromatic complexity and elegance. Sooooo interesting!
