The spectacular and unique interpretation of Jean-Yves Peron of Jacquere vinified without contact with the skins.
An extremely fantastic wine, delicate in all its characteristics and infinitely drinkable.
Citrus and minerals on the nose, while on the palate it's a perfect balance of sapidity and acidity, with citrus notes that come out slowly, also ending with hints of dried herbs. The saline note perceived at the end of the sip is perfect, almost heavenly and immediately makes you want to fill the glass.
Difficult to describe it well given how good it is and certainly a real pity that it's rarely and exclusively produced in magnum! Yet another confirmation that you can never go wrong with Peron!!!
