More and more Anthony Tortul! The most researched "negociant" of the world who, by purchasing grapes from 40 different sites and then vinify them in his Languedoc-Roussillon cellar, produces about 30 different cuvées every year, each a faithful representation of the parcel of origin.
Natural wines obtained from an obsessive search for genuine grapes grown by small village realities for immediate and straightforward juices, bursts of energy and freshness.
Louis-Ferdinand 2020 - Sauvignon Blanc destemmed and macerated on the skins for about two months in concrete, as well as the Marsanne which however is placed in terracotta amphorae; both from old vines; €44.90
Tradition 2021 - maceration on the skins for the Sauvignon Blanc and direct press for the Merlot; wow! €33.90
