My goodness what a Chardonnay!!!
Very exciting, very juicy and very funny...wow!!! A white from the Languedoc obtained with about ten days of carbonic maceration and subsequent relax in steel. Very pulpy Chardo', full of fruity notes ranging from classic local citrus fruits to tropical ones, then minerals and infinite vitality for a long and fresh finish that also denotes a super profile ideal for aging. Fantastic!!! Ideal for those who are afraid of a red... ;)
