M&M on yeasts - blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica with about 2 and a half months of maceration and fermentation in Georgian qvevri and Pignoletto; aromaticity mixed with super territoriality and genuineness make it one of the most captivating Italian pet nat! € 16.90
Plus on yeasts 2015 - blend of Alionza that after a short maceration of a few days is left to age in old acacia and Pignoletto barrels and then refermentations and aging in bottle on its lees for about 4 years. And it's precisely this long aging that gives the wine an even more complex territoriality and personality. Authentic wine!!! € 16.90
