Grape varieties: mostly Aleatico with a small addition of Procanico
Alcohol: 11,5% vol
Wine making: both grapes are pressed with the feet and ferment together with maceration on the skins for about 10 days in steel; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Aging: in steel
Serve at: 16-18° C
About him: very light, bright and aromatic; sensual sensations of flowers and red fruits and then moving on to wild herbs and an interesting balsamic final note. Spectacular!
