Here is Trish Nelson directly from Sidney, who is starting to make his wine on the hills near Bolsena, north-east bank of the lake. Before arriving here, Trish worked in various wineries: Cantina Giardino, Le Coste and from 2015 Ajola (not bad as a business card...!).
