Salmonido '17 Barranco Oscuro

Salmonido '17
Barranco Oscuro

Pinot Noir coming from vineyards located at 1280-1370 meters on the Sierra Nevada.
Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with 1 day maceration then 10 months aging in old French oak barrels; not clarified, unfiltered and without addition of sulfites!!!
Delicate perfumes of small red fruits; A show on the palate! Fresh, mineral, very delicate and with an exceptional drinkability!!!
The label was designed to make it clear how unconventional and counter-current its creator is! Vinifying Pinot Noir in Spain is already a strange choice, then if you make it a natural rosé with vineyards planted at that height, then it's a counter-current wine!!

Available the new vintage Salmonido 2018 26,90€

Wine Symphony natural wineshop of wines by small winemakers with a big heart!!!
