Super freshness with an astringent note due to the ten-day maceration on the skins of the most lively Malvasia di Candia there is!
White flowers and minerality invade the nose, while on the palate sapidity, citrus fruits, yeasts and a delicately bitter finish are the recurring notes with the addition of light bubbles that tickle the palate. Perfect for a picnic based on cold cuts and cheeses!
