Pure Aussie Orange emotions! From Gippslend spectacular blend composed of 40% of Fiano fermented separately and macerated on the skins in steel for almost two months; 40% of Greco fermented separately and macerated on the skins in steel for almost nine months; 20% of Fiano and Chardonnay co-fermented and macerated on the skins for about two months.

Crazy acidity and sapidity that continually envite you to drink. Initially a succession of fruity notes that evolve as it warms in the glass, starting with tropical notes and then moving on to citrus notes to then open definitively in exceptional brackish notes. Masterpiece!!!
