Spectacular vintage the 2021 for the Procanico of the increasingly talented Joy Kull!
Grapes from the younger vineyards always placed on the shores of the fantastic lake of Bolsena which with its volcanic terroir always gives those notes of exceptionally balanced minerality and sapidity.
White flowers and minerals on the nose, lots of fruit in the mouth and even more white flowers, acidity and flavor in perfect union and a long finish that invites you to drink it more and more. Not a "bianchetto", but a super white wine!
