BIG BANG 2019
I still remember the good Gabriele when we spoke for the first time and he advised me not to shake this splendid orange wine in pet nat format because with too many yeasts inside...sorry Gabriele! I couldn't resist the temptation!!!
This is the first vintage produced of the legendary Big Bang, a refermented in bottle obviously not disgorged, at that time composed of Falanghina, Coda di Pecora and Malvasia all left together lovingly on the skins for 10 days, to then be transferred to steel for one year; the refermentation was started again in September 2020 with white must and a small part of red, both from the following harvest.
Citrus bomb, with intense hints of grapefruit and blood orange, super juicy, with a long finish based on yeast and infinite minerality.
