5% of the mass undergoes carbonic maceration, 15% short classical maceration on the skins and the balance of direct soft pressing.

Maceration and aging in used oak barrels and steel; no addition of sulphites, clarification and filtration!

Delicately fruity and mineral in aromas, but it's on the palate that it explodes in a succession of lustful sensations!!! Perfect acidity and minerality, notes of tropical fruits and citrus and with the roundness of the Sauvignon that makes it enchanting! TOP!!!!
