Megablend of pure and genuine territoriality; Carricante, Catarratto, Malvasia Bianca, Minnella, Grecanico, Inzolia from vines ranging from 40 to 70 years of age, planted on the north-east side of Etna at 750 meters above sea level on volcanic soil.

About a week of relax on the skins, no addition of sulphites, filtration or clarification.

Incredibly vibrant, with a super acidity and sapidity that suggest to the palate but also to the mind to drink it all in one breath! A lot of exotic fruits, then citrus and Mediterranean herbs, but always surrounded by an impressive freshness. One of the best dated 2018 labels ever drunk! Great great big blow to the heart!!!
