A lot of passion and respect for oenological traditions, but also respect for the vineyard managed without the use of synthetic products and the cellar where strictly spontaneous fermentations are carried out and without the use of other artifacts. Few bottles, or about 10,000, but all attributable to class, finesse, depth, minerality and great expression of the terroir!

Barbaresco 2017 - Nebbiolo with very long submerged cap maceration and aging in Slavonian barrels; structure and finesse for a unique territorial bomb! € 37.90

Nebbiolo 2019 - 60 days of maceration in concrete followed by age; an elegant, fresh and delicately fruity version, but above all that leaves the varietal of this splendid vine unchanged. € 24.90
