Blend of all not-aromatic Alsatian grapes; Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris pressed directly and left to relax in concrete for a few months.
Crazy acidity explosion with exciting mineral notes. A lemon and pineapple juice filtered directly from the stones. Super mega glou glou!!!
