Vigna del Peste Terre di Pietra
Blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, with spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks and subsequent 18 months of aging, always in cement plus a few more months in the bottle. Thus a delicate, clear wine is born, with hints of fruit and flowers that alternate with a slight note that turns towards the mineral. In the mouth it is very well enveloping, with an excellent body and perfectly balanced, with a simple but satisfying drink at the same time.
