Vers la Maison Rouge 2020 - Mondeause with carbonic maceration of about five days; € 44.90
Cotillon des Dames 2020 - Jacquère with maceration on the skins for about six weeks; € 50.90
Mademoiselle Germaine n ° 2 16/17 - Jacquère and Mondeuse briefly macerated and left to relax on the yeasts for a long time; disgorged by hand; € 47.90
