Arome Maiden 2018 - two thirds Syrah carbonically on relax on the skins for two months; one third Sauvignon Blanc. € 27.90
Belzebrut 2020 - Colombard pressed directly; the wine is bottled with the addition of fresh must and in spring fermentation restart with the production of bubbles. Disgorgement by hand. € 34.90
Brutal!!! 2018 - Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc...are you ready for a new BRUTAL experience?!?! € 42.90
Canoë 2019 - Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, Len de l'El (native vine originating from South-East France) with maceration that varies according to the type of grapes; € 27.90
Feu I 2019 - Terret Bourret from vines of about sixty years of age (very rare native grape of Languedoc!) Left to relax on the skins for about three weeks; € 32.90
Fier Heretique 2019 - Nielluccio, Muscat Petit Grain, Muscat d'Alexandrie, Muscat d'Hambourg, Cardinal, Chasselas, Listan. Direct pressing for Nielluccio; the other grapes remain carbonically relaxing on the skins; € 36.90
JC 2020 - Grenache Blanc directly pressed; the wine is bottled with the addition of fresh must and in spring fermentation restart with the production of bubbles. Disgorgement by hand. € 36.90

PNR pet nat rosé 2020 - Grenache Blanc & Noir, Muscat D'Alexandrie; brief contact with the skins for Grenache; the wine is bottled with the addition of fresh must and in spring fermentation restart with the production of bubbles; € 36.90
Roumanie Tout Court 2013 - Cinsault (from over 80-year-old vines), Grenache (from over 40-year-old vines), Alicante; Grenache and Alicante carbonically together on relax on the skins for ninety days, then Cinsault is added so that everything remains in infusion for another sixty days. € 32.90
