LE COSTE DI GRADOLI
Lazio - Lake Bolsena

Great returns and interesting news always coming from the splendid Tuscia terroir. From one of the Italian "capitals" of natural wines, namely Gradoli or better yet the area of Lake Bolsena, here are the amphora experiments by Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clementine Bouveron plus the versions of their fantastic Syrah!

Bianco de Coccio 2020 - Mostly Procanico but also a small percentage of native white grape varieties macerated on the skins for two weeks and aged in amphora; €41.90
Rosso de Coccio 2019 - Sangiovese, Merlot and Barbera harvested in part between the territory of Pitigliano and Manciano, macerated on the skins for three weeks and aged in amphora; €37.90
Ninì 2020 - Syrah with three weeks carbonic maceration and aging in old wooden barrels; €32.90
Lulù 2019 - Syrah with two weeks carbonic maceration and another three weeks in contact with the skins after the first pressing; aging in old wooden barrels; €44.90
