Here are the new cuvèe of Ajola, natural juices based solely on grapes from vineyards on the border between the regions of Umbria and Lazio, precisely between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. Fantastic terroir, which merged with Jacopo's spirit of innovation and continuous experimentation creates a perfect mix for sincere, direct and immediate wines, but above all never banal.

Rosso in Comune - all together it's better! And this is what this group of young and innovative winemakers did for the creation of this blend, the result of their passion and curiosity to experiment. Rosso in Comune is a wine born from the collaboration of Gazzetta, Ajola and Malauva, who share the vineyards, the cellar and the wines. Sangiovese and Chardonnay vines are used. The Chardonnay is pressed directly, then the juice rests for a week on the pressed Sangiovese skins. Subsequently the aging lasts 6 months in steel. A more unique than rare jewel, born of sharing, but once uncorked, difficult to share with others ;) € 19.90
