Terroir!!! Thanks to Massimo and Patrizia we find all the expressiveness of Procanico and Sangiovese made in Tuscia.
Wines that reflect tradition, but which also bring us a breath of renewal thanks to the newcomer, Pocorosso, obtained from the cofermentation of white and red grapes...BOOM!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen here you are...
Bianco Ortaccio '19 - this time no Malvasia and Trebbiano, but as Massimo likes it, only Procanico on relax on the skins for a week; flowers, herbs and delicate tannic notes...dajè! € 14.90
Rosso Ortaccio '19 - Sangiovese according to Massimo; lots of drinkability but also so satisfying! € 14.90
Bianco Dritto '19 - Orange Wine! Procanico on relax on the skins for six months; as always one of the most fascinating of its kind. € 16.90
Vecchi Filari '18 - the new vintage still wisely stored in the cellar and we throw ourselves headlong into what last year proved to be one of the most intriguing labels for freshness but also structure, now embellished by a further year of bottle aging. € 16.90
Pocorosso '19 - Procanico and Sangiovese cofermented with short maceration and aging of almost a year in small chestnut and oak barriques...super dajeeee!!! € 14.90
Wine Symphony wine shop of natural wines by small winemakers with a big heart!!!
