Patrick Bouju is one of the leaders in the renewal of Auvergne wines, from the natural side of course!

It works with super quality and singular plant material (many pre-phylloxera vines; old varieties of Gamay d'Auvergne...), without using chemical products both in the vineyard and in the cellar and carrying out almost 100% everything by hand . The result are wines with bright shades, super territorial and with a very strong personality!

Unfortunately too rare also due to climatic risks and Patrick Bouju's cultural choices, the cuvées of Domaine La Bohême are supplemented every year by cuvées from a small trade of organic grapes grown by producers from all over France and which have been processed as a goldsmith works the precious metal.
