Sons of Wine is unique in Alsace, and probably in the world. Understanding everything from one trans-European blend of verdejo and sylvaner with pinot grigio aged under the Mediterranean Sea. Yahimi's range is a mix of curiosities, a repository for carrying out all the thought experiments he has dreamed of over the course of two decades in the natural wine scene. In 2017, after several years of winemaking experiments in his garage, he founded his négoçiant business in his friend Christian Binner's former winery. A single thread that distinguishes the ever-evolving range, produced with grapes from the south of France to the far north and which fully reflects Farid's main ideal, that is, super drink!
