Gaia '18 - Fiano macerated on the skins for 4 days in chestnut, acacia and Slavonian oak barrels; it ages for 6 months on the lees in third passage barriques, then a few months in the bottle; 24,90 €

Paski '18 - Coda di Volpe macerated on the skins for 4 days in wooden barrels; it ages 1 year in small exhausted chestnut barrels and 6 months in bottle; 21,90 €;

Le Fole '17 - Aglianico macerated on the skins in steel for 40 days; it ages for 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels and for 6 months in steel; 17,90 €;

Drogone '16 - Aglianico macerated on the skins in large barrels for 2 months; it ages for 3 years in large wooden barrels and about 18 months in bottle; 21,90 €;
